Happy Thanksgiving

We had a really nice Thanksgiving yesterday. It's definitely a different experience celebrating this American holiday in a foreign country. It was a normal day and a holiday. I took Breann to the doctor in the morning (to have her hearing tested), Craig worked much of the day (not a holiday here) and after our feast, Craig and Ashlyn left for a ward temple trip in Cebu, Philippines. However, the kids had the day off school and we still cooked for two days and had a traditional Thanksgiving feast. We especially feel blessed to have family here with us in Singapore. We went to Anna's house to celebrate with her family. The kids had fun swimming with their cousins and enjoying turkey together. Anna set a beautiful table and the meal was amazing good. When we got home, we talked about some of the things we are most grateful for, some of the things mentioned were: parents, school, friends, freedom, the gospel, the opportunity to live here, books and music. We are truly blessed!

Sounds like a fun Thanksgiving. Breann is looking much older in these pictures and looking a little more like Ashlynn.
